Refund policy
1. 30-Day Return Guarantee We want you to be completely satisfied with your FeetonBBQ purchase. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Factory Quality Guarantee (Damages and Issues) As a direct-from-factory store, we take pride in our quality control. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
- Damaged during transit: If the product arrives broken due to shipping, please take a photo and contact us within 48 hours for a full refund or a free replacement.
- Manufacturing defects: If there is a functional issue (e.g., rust on stainless steel, broken welds), we will cover the costs of the resolution.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- If we are at fault: (Defective product, wrong item sent), FeetonBBQ will provide a prepaid shipping label or cover the return shipping costs.
- Customer preference: If you change your mind (e.g., ordered the wrong size or simply don't want it anymore), the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs to our designated warehouse.
4. Non-returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
5. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
